Challenge a Penalty Charge Notice

Dependent upon the legal stage, you may have the opportunity to challenge the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

Informal Challenge Informal Challenge to be made if you have not received a Notice to Owner (NtO) or a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) through the post. If you make your challenge within 14 days from the date on which the PCN was issued and your challenge is rejected, the reduced penalty will be reoffered for a further 14 days from the date of your rejection letter.
